Product Safety

Daily care

To ensure the longest lifetime of our products you can follow this very simple daily advice.

  • Doll’s clothes: Always wash your clothes first, especially black and colored ones. Remove the head to ease the operation. Use powder or talcum for softening the skin. Choose white or no cloth for storage to avoid color transfer.
  • Maintenance: Wipe excess oil and wait for it to dry. Clean with soap and warm water. Avoid using a hairdryer.
  • Eyelashes & make-up: Use not-too-greasy lipstick and blush for make-up. Use eyelashes glue or reusable eyelashes for eyelashes. Never use super glue.

Skin safety

Our TPE and Silicone are neutral to the vast majority of skins. If allergic to talcum powder, notify us before or during checkout. We can replace it with corn powder. If any possible allergy at contact with the doll after receiving it, wash it immediately and use corn powder once dry.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship by air worldwide using FedEx, DHL, or UPS. The production time may vary depending on the manufacturer or material and can be found on this page. All parcels have the basic shipping marks for total discretion. All orders come with a tracking number and the service is door-to-door. 

Please note: Overseas warehouse products do not provide pickup service, pickup service requires you to fill in the address of UPS or other transportation company's self-pickup point for self-pickup!

Import tax and shipping duties

For customers in most global regions, prices include import taxes, and clearance services are available in many areas. For countries without clearance services, please refer to this list. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us! Please note that in some regions, particularly in Europe, there might be longer shipping times due to cargo clearance procedures.

Returns

All our dolls are tested before shipping, and refunds or compensation are offered only if the doll suffers any damages during shipping or if the doll suffers inner conception defects (faulty skeleton). We take customer satisfaction seriously, and shipping the right product is our commitment.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is confirmed on your side for free. Once the order is confirmed, there is a refund fee of 5%. During the last pre-shipping checklist, cancellation is still available against a restocking fee of 150 USD. After your agreement to ship the order, cancellation will not be available.
