Section 1: Processing and Shipping Time

  • Custom Sex Dolls (Shipped From Factory): Since sex dolls are special and involve complex working procedures, the production time may vary:
    • Normal Full TPE dolls: 3-6 business days
    • TPE Body+Silicone Head dolls: 4-9 days (+10 days with implanted hair)
    • Full Silicone dolls: 20-30 days (+10 days with painting/implanted hair)
    • Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on the specific brand and doll customization requested. Click here to view the specific production time for dolls of different brands.
  • Once your sex doll is completed, we will ship it out immediately. For specific shipping times to various regions, please refer to the following:
    • USA: 5-12 Business days, Tax-Free.
    • Canada: 5-12 Business days, Tax-Free.
    • Asian Countries: 10-25 Business days, Tax-Free.
    • European Countries: 10-20 Business days, Tax-Free.

Section 2: Shipping Options & Tracking

Our shipping partners are UPS, FedEx, TNT, and DHL. We will send a tracking number to your email once your doll is shipped. You can track your package and contact the courier to arrange a suitable delivery day if needed.

Please note: Overseas warehouse products do not provide pickup service, pickup service requires you to fill in the address of UPS or other transportation company's self-pickup point for self-pickup!

Section 3: Packaging

Dolls are packed in plain carton boxes with no indication of the contents. Be aware that customs agents may open the boxes for inspection.
